Today i did my 5 items and had tu run 10 rounds!! Today so tiring.. for the 1st time i felt so tired doin the eight rounds-1.2km! (two rounds were user fer warm-up b4 pft) prob cuz i did my run after 5 items which were realli exhausting especially situps... =( So horx my timing wuz 5.45.. horrible... booz!
My 5 items -
Standing broad jump - 214cm Sit-ups - 43 Shuttle Run - 10.33 sec Inclined pull-ups - 20 Sit and reach - *zips* can't reveal... the suckiest EVER!
Today after skl also had netball matches..fer B div and C div... C div played first....(i'm reserved) So damn freaky and exciting... At first had a draw with rgs (33-33) but had tu play another 10 mins so the score became 45-35!! All the players were so psyched and filled with joy so they cried! hahaz... so touching manx.. Also the game for B- div against dunman wuz veh close but they were so fab.. they pulled the score apart tu 32-21! Rawkz man! heeX... So we're the champions again for the 4th time!! who-hooo! =D
